Nav menu and page outline clash

Description
On a page like FutureOfOpenSg with an outline that has numbers with 2 digits they clash with the navigation menu on the right.

The page above does not show the problem anymore, since I removed the nav menu from it again, but the basic problem remains.
What happens is, that the 2 digit outline numbers are partially covered by the menu, i.e. you can only see half of the 1 of items 10-19, etc.
