Move test executables

Description

Right now the test-Program executavles are in a hierarchy reflected from hte source structure. That's a little painful, we should either do a hierarchy based on hte libs, or maybe just forget the hierarchy and put them all together.

I fixed this in r36. Now all test are build into a 'test' directory in the variant subdirectory of the build.
