Revise and expand the About description for OpenSG

Description

I think the about section should be expanded and revised to be a little clearer. At the lest it should explain why OpenSG was started, what FSG was, what the OpenSG Forum and OpenSG Plus are. In short, make it more clear and focus a bit more on promoting and marketing OpenSG.

I am willing to help out with this if needed.
